Welcome to AYTCHELL! Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic Shipping (Within Lebanon)

  • Cost: 3$

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email with a link to track your package.

International Shipping

  • Cost: 50$

  • Delivery Time: 14–20 business days

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed, please allow 2 days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us at hello@aytchell.com

  • If your package is lost, reach out to us for assistance and we will work to resolve the issue.
